A UNIQUE INDUSTRIAL SPACE

North Elm Construction worked with Alberta Environmental Rubber Products (AERP) to transform an existing lunchroom into a modern, functional office space for their operations team. The commercial renovation incorporated wood, brick, concrete, and metal finishes to create an industrial aesthetic suited to the existing facility.

Through value engineering and careful project coordination, the underused space was redeveloped into a brighter, more functional workplace designed around the client’s operational needs. The completed AERP project demonstrates how thoughtful industrial renovations and facility upgrades can adapt existing spaces for new uses while maintaining the character of the building.
