Bell Tower Suite Refreshes

North Elm Construction worked with Aspen Properties to renovate and refresh two commercial office suites in Edmonton’s downtown Bell Tower. The project included white-box preparation and interior improvements designed to create bright, functional spaces ready for future tenants.

Throughout both renovations, existing materials, cabinetry, glass, and doors were repurposed where practical, reducing unnecessary waste while giving the suites a fresh, modern finish. The completed spaces feature open layouts, updated finishes, and expansive views of the Edmonton skyline.
