A 2,400 sq. ft. commercial retrofit designed for strength and performance.

North Elm Construction transformed a former agricultural storage building into a custom 2,400 sq. ft. private training and fitness facility. The commercial retrofit converted the existing space into a functional training environment designed to support athletes from amateur through professional levels.

The completed space combines durable commercial finishes with the building’s existing character, including corrugated steel detailing, an open training area, and an upper-level training space. The project demonstrates North Elm’s experience with commercial renovations that adapt existing buildings for specialized uses while creating practical spaces around the operational needs of the client.
