COMMERCIAL OFFICE RENOVATION

A flexible 2,000 sq. ft. workspace designed for collaboration.

North Elm Construction completed this 2,000 sq. ft. office renovation for HCMA, an architecture and design firm located in downtown Edmonton. The project transformed the space into a bright, functional workplace designed to accommodate a team of 16 while supporting both focused work and collaboration.

Flexibility played an important role in the design. Open work areas, collaborative spaces, and curtain partitions allow portions of the office to be separated when needed without sacrificing the open character of the space. The completed renovation demonstrates how thoughtful tenant improvements can adapt a commercial office to the specific operational and design needs of the people who use it.
