North Elm Construction partnered with Circa Living on the expansion of their Edmonton retail space, delivering a commercial design-build project that included both the main and second-floor showroom and design centre. The project incorporated custom millwork, unique lighting, and carefully coordinated interior finishes to create a functional retail environment that supports both product display and the customer experience.

Design-build projects rely on close collaboration between the client, contractor, and design team from planning through construction. For Circa Living, North Elm worked alongside CK Design to coordinate the project requirements and bring the new retail space to life.
