A State-of-the-Art Automotive Service Facility

North Elm Construction partnered with Econolube on the expansion of its automotive service facility in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The project involved the ground-up construction of a new 4,800 sq. ft. building designed around the specialized operational requirements of a modern automotive service centre.

The facility incorporates several purpose-built systems, including fluid and air distribution and a dedicated ADAS calibration bay. Environmental efficiency was also considered in the building design, with a heat-recovery system that captures heat generated during vehicle oil changes and redistributes it throughout the facility.
