North Elm Construction worked with the property owner and tenant to transform an existing 24,000 sq. ft. building for iPull-uPull. The extensive industrial renovation adapted the facility to support the company’s operational requirements while making significant improvements to both the interior and exterior of the property.

The project included exterior upgrades, structural modifications, the build-out of new office spaces, and renovations to the existing office and shop areas. The completed facility demonstrates how an existing commercial-industrial building can be reconfigured and upgraded to support a specialized business operation.
