FASHIONABLE CHOCOLATE

Blending high fashion with luxurious chocolate.

“Spread Joy” is a fitting motto for both this tenant improvement project and our client, JACEK Chocolate Boutique in Sherwood Park. What began as a tired office space was transformed into a warm, polished retail environment designed to showcase the JACEK brand.

North Elm worked with designer Keith Hlewka of Kaben Design to create a space that reflects the luxury of JACEK Chocolate through thoughtful product displays and a distinctive boutique atmosphere. Details include polished concrete floors, white concrete countertops, clear-stained cedar ceilings, American clay and limestone walls, an overhead door separating spaces, cedar screens over the windows, and a custom stairwell.

The 1,600 sq. ft. tenant improvement was completed over approximately 11 weeks, transforming the existing space into a functional and inviting retail boutique.
