We recently completed a ground up Multi-Family development in Fort Saskatchewan’s downtown core. The project is a 2 storey infill building featuring 8, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suites. As a purpose built revenue generating rental, we worked with the owner and Architect to value engineer and complete the project, targeted towards the appropriate audience.
